Choose from a selection of colourful and fluffy yarns before learning how to make beautiful pom poms. You’ll then arrange and attach them to a wreath-shaped card base before adding adorable Highland cow faces, horns, ears, and finishing details to transform your pom poms into a herd of fluffy little coos.
