We’re delighted to be bringing something a little different to The Stag Pub & Kitchen, Flackwell Heath this August.
Join Toni for Golden Hour, an outdoor painting workshop inspired by the breathtaking views across the Chiltern Hills towards the setting sun. 🎨🌄
Taking place in the beautiful garden at The Stag, this two-hour en plein air painting experience gives you the chance to capture the landscape in your own unique style as the evening light transforms the hills before you.

Toni will guide you through:
🎨 How to plan and lay out your canvas
✏️ Sketching the landscape with confidence
🌅 Capturing light, colour, and atmosphere
🖌️ Developing your own interpretation of the stunning view
Whether you’re completely new to painting or looking to build confidence in landscape painting, this relaxed workshop is designed to help you enjoy the creative process while making the most of one of Buckinghamshire’s most spectacular views.
And if the British summer decides not to cooperate? No problem! ☔ We’ll move indoors and work from a specially prepared reference painting of the view, so you’ll still be able to create your own Golden Hour masterpiece.
Come early for food, stay for the sunset, and spend an evening painting the beauty of the Chilterns with us.
